Principle & Testing Methodology
Visual Testing evaluates components using direct visual examination, optical aids (magnifiers, mirrors, weld gauges), and remote visual equipment (flexible video borescopes). VT examines surface condition, geometric alignment, weld profile dimensions, and surface anomalies under controlled lighting conditions (>1000 Lux).
